Darlington have completed the signing of Leyton Orient player Clayton Fortune. The defender is the second signing of the summer for Darlington. Quakers have been heavily linked to the defender for some time and have finally been able to confirm his signature.

Former assistant boss sacked

Former Darlington assistant manager Mark Proctor has been sacked as manager of Scottish side Livingston. The club had been taken over by an Italian consortium and Proctor lasted just one day. Proctor had feared for his post after owner Pearse Flynn sold his shares to a group of businessmen, headed by Angelo Massone, on Monday.

Stockdale move confirmed

Premiership side Fulham have today confirmed the capture of David Stockdale from Darlington. Stockdale's move had been public knowledge before the end of season play-offs however has only today been confirmed by both clubs.
