Darlington are set to complete a loan move for Richie Foran according to the Evening Gazette. The forward is due to move to the club on a one month loan deal and go straight into the squad for Saturday's game at Grimsby Town.

Darlington will face Droylsden in the FA Cup first round. The Bloods beat Belper Town 2-1 in the fourth qualifying round replay to set up the tie at the Darlington Arena. The game is set to be played on the 8th of November.

Darlington manager Dave Penney was delighted with his team's win at Luton Town. The 2-1 win on Saturday was Quakers' first ever three points at Kenilworth Road. A Billy Clarke goal and a late strike by Gregg Blundell gave Darlington their win.

Darlington manager Dave Penney wants to see his side make a return to keeping clean sheets. Quakers have kept out the opposition on three occasions this season in the league. At the same stage during the previous campaign Darlington had five clean sheets in the league.
